The Ivy Foundation Suffolk/Nassau Counties Inc. is able to meet the needs of the youth and families of Suffolk and Nassau Counties, because of its relationships with individuals, businesses, corporations, county and State offices. Through the generosity of our community and civic partners, the lives of thousands of individuals and families are being transformed.
